Covid-19 Update

Information regarding the current COVID-19 situation and how AIR Distro is operating in line with legislation and guidelines.

Following the announcement by Boris Johnson on 23rd March 2020, with immediate effect we have introduced the following:

Social Distancing:

  • We can no longer permit customer collections from our premises.  
  • We can no longer provide physical delivery to local stores.  
  • All staff are working reduced hours and/or from home where possible. 
  • All staff adhering to the recommended 2m social distancing rule and we have implemented strict hygiene control requiring regular hand washing.   

Deliveries:

  • Orders with cleared payment before 14:00 (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the same day but this cannot be guaranteed.  If your order is not shipped on that day, it will be dispatched on the next working day. 
  • UK orders will continue to be shipped via DPD and you should receive a text or email from DPD to confirm that a delivery is pending.  If you do not receive these notifications, please contact us and we will update your details. 
  • International orders will continue to be shipped but may be delayed due to the extenuating circumstances.
